The utahraptor was a large dinosaur from the early cretaceous. They are known to have hunted alone and are predators who are covered in feathers.
You can see you see that compared to most raptors, the utahraptor was the tallest and the longest. The average adult utahraptor was 6 feet tall and ranged from 14 – 21 feet long.
They were first found in Utah and they weigh 1 – 2 tons. They were the dominant predator in Utah and were believed to have a range to all of North America and were always the top predator in the United States. One of their most killing weapons was their nine inch claws.
